THP Improves Health Care Communication to All

Trusted Health Plan™ offers translation and interpretation services for non-English speaking enrollees and the visually and hearing impaired at no extra charge, in order to ensure that all of our members receive the best care.

Interpretation Services

We will provide over the phone, office and hospital interpretation services to our members. If you need interpretation services at a doctor’s office, please call us at (202) 821-1100 or (855) 326-4831 at least 2 business days before your doctor’s appointment.

Translation Services

Please contact member services at (202) 821-1100 or (855) 326-4831, if you need translated materials in another language.

Visually and Hearing Impaired Services

In addition to providing TTY service via (202) 821-1152 for those that have trouble hearing, we also provide materials on audio tape, Braille, and in large print for those who are blind or have trouble seeing. To receive these materials please contact member services at (202) 821-1100.
